Should we use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
It depends on how your team works and what tools you already use. Both are excellent. Microsoft 365 suits teams living in Office apps; Google Workspace suits those who prefer Gmail and Google's collaboration tools. We will recommend based on your situation rather than a default preference.
Will I lose any email when we move?
No. We migrate existing mail, contacts and calendars across before switching over, and plan the cutover so people keep sending and receiving throughout. Nothing is deleted from the old system until the new one is confirmed working.
Why does my email keep going to spam?
Usually because of missing or incorrect authentication records. SPF, DKIM and DMARC tell receiving servers that your mail is genuine. When they are absent or wrong, your messages look suspicious. We set these up correctly, which is the single biggest factor in reliable delivery.
Can you help if someone has hacked our email?
Yes. We can secure compromised accounts, reset access, tighten authentication and add stronger protection so it does not recur. For serious incidents we can also bring in our cyber security partner.
Do you provide the mailboxes, or just set them up?
